Ten on Joubert is a unique Cape Town self catering accommodation guest house, centrally located in the suburb of Green Point which lies between the city and the beaches of the Atlantic Seaboard. We can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably and because of its elevated setting the house has an extraordinary 180-degree view of the Atlantic Seaboard and the Green Point Stadium. Guests can choose from four modern self catering units on three different levels. With no buildings obstructing the panoramic vista of the ocean and atlantic seaboard, sunset views are breath-taking. The house is decorated in modern Anglo-European style with some african architectural detail. TEN on Joubert is halfway between the night-life district and the beaches of Clifton, both destinations a five- to ten-minute drive by car. The use of a car is recommended in Cape Town, allowing you to see the magnificent countryside and go on a trip to the beaches or to Cape Point, the Peninsula's southernmost tip, which is part of Table Mountain National Park nature reserve.
Scenic views and beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed out of every room of our Green Point accommodation establishment. It's layout is large enough to provide space for privacy and quiet time too. Two blocks down the road is the busy Somerset Road that connects Greenpoint with Sea Point with many shops, restaurants and other businesses, whereas the popular Waterfront, Cape Town City Centre and De Waterkant area in Green Point are five minutes by taxi or car.
